My name is Veena Maheshwari, and my life has always been intertwined with Vishwanath.

Even as a child, I felt a pull toward Him that words could never capture. While others spoke of gods and goddesses as distant beings, I felt as if Vishwanath was beside me, not as a concept, but as a living presence.

I would look at images of Shakti and feel, not devotion to someone outside me, but recognition of something already alive within. I did not know then that this was the seed of Madhurya Bhakti, a love so intimate and consuming, it blurs the lines between devotee and Beloved.
